They were amazingly good!
Crêpes... filled with a beautiful, smooth and ever so tasty nutella!!!!!
Yeah. Fab fab fab.
Because a few of you asked me for the recipe, here it is.
This recipe is for 4 to 6 people.
It will take you about 10 minutes to prepare it all... another 15 minutes to cook them.
You'll need:
-250g of flour
-20g of sugar
-1 little packet of vanilla sugar (20g)
-2 eggs
-50cl milk
So, here's how you're gonna rock them:
Mix the flour, the sugar and the vanilla sugar together.
Then, add the eggs and start the working it while adding the milk to it.
After that, it's best of you let it all rest for about an hour before cooking them.
Once you've done all that, you can put a little (very little) bit of oil in a non-sticky pan and cook them.
You can fill them up with anything you like: warm chocolate sauce with a little bit of vanilla ice cream in the middle, jam, sugar or just au naturel!
And... voilà!
So easy peasy :)
